“খুজু” নিয়ে পূর্বের পর্বগুলোতে আলোচনা করা হয়েছে। অর্থাৎ বাহ্যিক অঙ্গগুলোকে আল্লাহ তায়ালার সামনে ঝুঁকিয়ে দেয়া এর নাম খুঁজো আর মানুষ তার হৃদয় কে আল্লাহ তাআলার দিকে ঝুঁকিয়ে দেয়া এর নাম “খুশু” । তাই নামাজে বিভিন্ন চিন্তা থেকে দিল কে মুক্ত রাখা এর মাধ্যমেই খুশু অর্জিত হবে।
“নামাজে বিভিন্ন চিন্তা আসার একটি কারণ”
আজ আমাদের অধিকাংশেরই এই অভিযোগ যে নামাযের মাঝে বিভিন্ন বস্তুর খেয়াল আসে ও বিভিন্ন চিন্তা ছড়িয়ে পড়ে। কখনো এই খেয়াল, কখনো সেই খেয়াল। নামাজে মন বসে না। এর একটি বড় কারণ হল, আমরা আমাদের নামাজের বাহ্যিক পদ্ধতিকে সুন্নাত মোতাবেক বানায়নি এবং এর গুরুত্ব আমরা দেইনি। যে যেভাবেশুবেলা নামাজ পড়া শিখেছি, সেভাবেই নামাজ পড়ে চলছি। এই চিন্তা করিনা যে, বাস্তবে এই নামাজ সুন্নাত মোতাবেক হল কিনা ?নামাজের গুরুত্বপূর্ণ দায়িত্ব যে, ফিকহের কিতাব গুলুতে এর উপর লেখা হয়েছে। যাতে নামাজের এক একটি রোকনকে সবিস্তারে বর্ণনা করা হয়েছে। তাকবীরে তাহরীমার জন্য কিভাবে হাত উঠাবে, কিয়াম কিভাবে করবে, রুকু কিভাবে করবে, সিজদা কিভাবে করবে, বৈঠক কিভাবে করবে, এই সবকিছুর বিশ্লেষণ ফিকহের কিতাব সমূহে বিদ্যমান আছে। কিন্তু এই তরিকা শেখার প্রতি আমাদের গুরুত্ব ও খেয়াল নেই। যেভাবে কিয়াম করে চলে আসছি, সেভাবেই কিয়াম করলাম। যেভাবে আজ পর্যন্ত রুকু-সিজদা করে চলে আসছি, সেভাবেই রুকু-সেজদা করলাম। কিন্তু এগুলোকে সঠিকভাবে সুন্নাত মোতাবেক আদায় করার কোনো চিন্তা-ভাবনা আমাদের নেই। যার কারণে নামাজে দিল লাগেনা। দিলের মাঝে বিভিন্ন বস্তুর খেয়াল চলে আসে। অতএব, আসুন নিজ নামাজ সুন্নাত মোতাবেক করার জন্য নামাজ শিখি, যাদের নামাজ সুন্নাত মোতাবেক, তাদের কাছে গিয়ে নামাজের প্রশিক্ষণ নেই। বিশেষ করে রুকু-সিজদা সহ নামাজের সকল আরকান গুলো সুন্নাত মোতাবেক আদায় করা খুশুর জন্য পূর্ব শর্ত।
