হযরত আবদুল্লাহ ইবনে মাসউদ রাযিআল্লাহু তা’আলা আনহু নিজ ছাত্রদেরকে বলতেন الا اصلی بکم صلاۃ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ؟ আমি কি তোমাদেরকে সেই নামাজ পরে দেখাব, যা রাসূল সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম পড়তেন। (সুনানে তিরমিজি, হাদিস নং- ২৩৮; সুনানে নাসায়ী, হাদিস নং- ১০৪৮; সুনানে আবু দাউদ, হাদিস নং- ৬৩৯)
অতএব নামাজে খুজুও কাম্য। যেন এই নামাজের সব অঙ্গ সুন্নত মোতাবেক রাখা হয়। নামাজের বাহ্যিক অঙ্গগুলোর সুন্নাতের মোতাবেক বানানো এটা খুশু-এর দিকে যাওয়ার প্রথম সিঁড়ি। মানুষ যখন তার অঙ্গ গুলোকে ঠিক করে নেবে। দাঁড়ানো, রুকু করা, সেজদা করা ও বসার ক্ষেত্রে ঐ তরিকা অবলম্বন করবে যা রাসূল সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লামের তরিকা ছিল। তাহলে মনে রেখো ! এটা আল্লাহর দিকে মনোযোগী হওয়ার প্রথম ধাপ।
#নামাজে বিভিন্ন চিন্তা আসার একটি কারণ#
আজ আমাদের অধিকাংশেরই এই অভিযোগ যে নামাযের মাঝে বিভিন্ন বস্তুর খেয়াল আসে ও বিভিন্ন চিন্তা ছড়িয়ে পড়ে। কখনো এই খেয়াল কখনো সেই খেয়াল। নামাজে মন বসে না। এর একটি বড় কারণ হলো আমরা আমাদের নামাযের বাহ্যিক পদ্ধতিকে সুন্নত মোতাবেক বানায়নি এবং এর গুরুত্ব দেয়নি। যেভাবে শিশুবেলা নামাজ পড়া শিখেছি সেভাবেই নামাজ পড়ে চলছি। এই চিন্তা করিনা যে বাস্তবে এই নামাজ সুন্নাত মোতাবেক হলো কিনা। এ নামাজের গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সকল বিষয়গুলো, ফিকহের কিতাব সমূহে এর উপর লেখা হয়েছে। যাতে নামাজের এক-একটি রোকনকে সবিস্তারে বর্ণনা করা হয়েছে। তাকবীরে তাহরীমার জন্য কিভাবে হাত উঠাবে, কিয়াম কিভাবে করবে, রুকু কিভাবে করবে, সিজদা কিভাবে করবে, বৈঠক কিভাবে করবে, এই সবকিছুর বিশ্লেষণ কিতাবে বিদ্যমান আছে। কিন্তু শেখার প্রতি আমাদের খেয়াল নেই। যেভাবে কিয়াম করে চলে আসছি সেভাবেই করলাম। যেভাবে আজ পর্যন্ত রুকু-সিজদা করে চলে আসছি, সেভাবেই রুকু-সিজদা করলাম। কিন্তু এগুলোকে সঠিকভাবে সুন্নাত মোতাবেক আদায় করার আমাদের কোন চিন্তাই নেই। সুতরাং সুন্নাত মোতাবেক নামাজ পড়ার প্রতি আমাদের আরো মনোযোগী হতে হবে।
